Mission
Seattle Visual Arts Studio offers an extraordinary studio art program for young beginners to aspiring adults through year round classes and workshops. Our class provides young artists the skill, encouragement and a positive environment to explore and develop their natural creativity.
The overarching themes of our studio art courses are:
Observational drawing to train their vision
Art history to explore possibilities
Discussion and critique sessions to talk about their own work as well as others’ work.
We offer year round Visual arts classes and workshops for students of all ages and ability.
Classes range from absolute beginner to master level. We keep our class size fairly small to ensure maximum individual attention. There is minimum 3 and maximum 8 students in each class.
